New Sanya Group has five wholly-owned subsidiaries:  Sichuan New Sanya Building Materials Technology Co.,Ltd, Jiangsu New Sanya Building Materials Technology Co.,Ltd, Sichuan Shurui Waterproof Engineering Co.,Ltd, Sichuan New Sanya Waterproof Engineering Co.,Ltd, and Chengdu Xinqiyu Enterprise Management Co.,Ltd. With three production bases in Mulan, Yangan and Nantong, the total area covers 150,000 square meters. With strong technical strength, the group has established R&D and application center cooperating with Suzhou branch institute of China Building Materials Research General Institute, become building waterproof materials pilot test base of Sichuan Building Materials Industrial Research Institute, and developed independently a number of products awarded national patents.

The Group now owns three brands: Xinqiyu, Yunyu and Aobi, among which “Xinqiyu”has been awarded a famous trademark in Sichuan Province by Sichuan Province Technical Supervision Bureau and has been included in the national atlas of China Architectural Standard Design Institute. The brands “Yunyu” and “Aobi”are domestically well-known as well. The main products include modified asphalt waterproof membranes, self-adhesive waterproof membranes, asphalt shingles, PVC, EVA and other polymer waterproof membranes, drainage boards, waterproof boards and waterproof coatings, etc. The production capacity is 70-million square meters of waterproof membranes, 80-thousand tons of waterproof coatings and 20-million square meters of drainage boards and waterproof boards.

New Sanya Group has national Grade A contracting qualification in building waterproof projects, named as Silver Medal by China Building Waterproof Association. It has established strategic cooperative relationship with well-know enterprises, such as Sichuan Huaxi, China Resources (Holdings) Co.,Ltd, CRCC, China Railway Group Limited, Sinohydro Group, CSCEC, CNNC, China Minmetals Corporation, Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co.,Ltd, Jinke Group, Wanda Group, Sunshine City Group, Jiale Group, etc. The products are widely used in housing construction, highway, urban road, rail and bridge, underground pipe network, high-speed railway, airport, water conservancy facility, sea and river seepage, landfill, oil depot, ammunition, depot, workshop moisture proof, and many other fields, and exported to South Africa, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Russia and other countries.
